J. Crew Rewards Overview
J. Crew Rewards is the loyalty program for J. Crew stores (both in store and online). As a member you earn 5 points for every $1 spent. When you accumulate 200 points, you receive a $5 reward certificate. Members also receive free shipping, access to special sales and offers, and a certificate on your birthday. Rewards can be earned for purchases at J. Crew and J. Crew Factory and J. Crew Mercantile.
J. Crew Rewards Card
The J. Crew Rewards Credit Card can be a great way to earn more points if you shop at J. Crew frequently. The card offers a more accelerated rewards earning where you earn a $5 reward certificate after only 100 points (200 points for non-cardholders). The J. Crew card also offers 15% off your first purchase, 24 x 7 free shipping, exclusive offers to sale events, and an even bigger gift on your birthday (last year I received a $25 gift certificate).

How Do I Sign Up for J. Crew Rewards?
To sign up simply go to this page and provide your email address and create a password. You will be able to start earning rewards for both in-store and online purchases and you’ll get immediate access to free shipping benefits.
How Do I Find My J. Crew Rewards Balance?
To see your J. Crew Rewards point balance you’ll need to log into your account online. Once you log into your account, click on “My Account” and then select “My Rewards.” You will see both the amount of free certificate rewards available for redemption as well as progress toward your next reward.
How Do I Redeem my J. Crew Rewards?
To redeem your rewards online, just click the “redeem” button when you are on the checkout page. If you want to redeem your rewards in-store, just provide the associate with your email address when you are checking out. In fact, if you are a cardholder you can combine discounts available to card members (e.g. Extra 10% Off for Cardholders) with rewards certificates.
